Do you offer emergency services?Yes — we offer emergency support when urgent issues arise. We will start with a quick phone consultation, and if needed, come out for a emergency service call. Details and rates are available on our Emergency Services page.

What should I do to prepare for my appointment?Please make sure pets are secured and gates are unlocked.

What is your cancellation policy?Please provide at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. A fee may be assessed if canceled within 24 hours.

What areas do you service?We service the full western Washington area. If you feel like you might fall outside this area, please call or email us, and we would be happy to discuss!

Do I need to be home during the appointment?No

What types of payment do you accept?We accept all major credit card, cash, and check.

Do you provide free estimates?Yes! We offer free on-site estimates for sprinkler installations and larger repair jobs.

When is payment due?Payment is due within 30 days of receiving the invoice. Payment can be taken by your technician after the job is complete or online.
